We are thrilled to share some exciting news! As we continue growing and evolving in our mission to lift potential and expand possibilities for all, we are proud to announce the Colorado LiftED Foundation website is officially live. This milestone reflects our renewed identity and our deep commitment to the communities we serve.

Along with our new website launch, we're also excited to share two additional milestones that reflect the growth and evolution of our programs.

**Youth Program is Now** **LiftED Futures**

Our youth-focused program is now LiftED Futures, a name that reflects our long-term commitment to walking alongside youth from grades 3 through high school, providing steady support, strong relationships, and access to real opportunities.

**Beyond Dreams Therapy is Now LiftED Horizons**

Our behavioral and mental health program has a new name that better reflects the partnership-driven, dignity-rooted work our clinicians do every day. LiftED Horizons embodies our commitment to meeting youth, families, and communities with care, connection, and compassion.

While our names have changed, our mission, our team, and our deep commitment to serving our community remain exactly the same. These changes simply better reflect who we are and the impact we strive to create.
