Since 1988, Colorado LiftED Foundation has built its work on long-term partnership — walking alongside youth and families across the Denver Metro area.
LiftED Futures supports youth through school and into life beyond high school. Our team stays connected because real growth happens through consistent relationships — and we're here whenever young people are ready.
We believe access to strong learning opportunities and meaningful future pathways should not depend on a young person's circumstances.
What We Focus On
Social and Emotional Learning: Helping youth build belonging, confidence, and relationship skills
Tutoring and Homework Help: Individualized academic support based on what each youth needs
Future-Ready Skills Development: Goal-setting, communication, self-advocacy, and planning
