Christine perfectly embodies the legacy of Jerry and Anabel McHugh, who dedicated themselves to leveling the playing field in education and ensuring all children have the opportunity to succeed.

Christine's career is defined by her tireless advocacy for our community. From her leadership at the American Red Cross to her service in two presidential administrations for both Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, she has consistently worked to advance the common good. Her recent accolades, including her 2024 induction into the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame and the 2025 Distinguished Achievement Award from Boston University's Wheelock College of Education & Human Development, reflect a lifetime of unparalleled contribution to civic welfare.
