Dear Colorado LiftED Community,
Every fall, as we look back on the year, I'm reminded that real impact is built over time. For our youth, lasting change happens in steady, quiet moments—session after session, week after week, conversation after conversation.
This past year, Colorado LiftED Foundation walked alongside more than 450 young people across Metro Denver, providing education, mentorship, mental health care, and guidance for their futures.
Together, we celebrated meaningful milestones:
Safe, inspiring spaces: Expanded afterschool programming across Title I schools.
100% postsecondary success: Every graduating senior had a concrete plan for college, trade programs, or a career pathway.
Accessible mental health care: More than 20,000 therapy sessions delivered to date.
Long-term support: Advising and mentorship extended through age 25.
