Build identity and belonging so youth feel seen, valued, and connected

Establishing Identity, Exploring College and Career
Belonging and agency so youth can own goals and pathways
Academic support, project-based learning, partner networking, and future-ready skills development
College and career exposure, mentorships, internships, and apprenticeships

Post-Secondary: Transitioning to Life After High School
Launching Fall 2026
Guidance through the transition from high school to post-secondary paths
Strengthening future-ready skills, and outlining next steps
