ABOUT
I was drawn to the mental health field because I deeply believe in the power of connection and the impact of having a safe, supportive space. I have over eight years of experience working in school systems as a school social worker, which has shaped my understanding of child and adolescent development and the importance of systems-based collaboration.
I strive to create a warm, down-to-earth therapy space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while building the skills and insight needed for meaningful, sustainable change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and grounding myself in reflection and faith.
